Do you want to improve your team’s performance? Club training often focuses on skills and not so much on running ability and fitness, which is a key component of most sports.
Set your Sports team up for the season with our 4 or 6 session run fitness program. Perfect for pre-season, we are offering 5 team slots for Summer 2025.
We do all the work for you - coaching and administration.
Our accredited coaches can work with small to large teams from ages 7-17 years, at a Bayside location that suits you or at Dendy Park, Brighton, our coaching base. Our sessions are fun, engaging and get results.
Areas covered include: Run technique, running fitness, building endurance, power/speed and agility/change of direction.
Before and after testing / improvement metrics can also be included, as well as advice and referrals to sports health professionals.
How does payment work?
Payment is based on the team size and length of the program. It can be from as little as $50 total per player.
