Junior Development Run Group (8-15 years)

Junior Group benefits:

Kids love to run. You can foster that interest with our weekly Junior Run Groups. We coach fun engaging sessions, supporting juniors to:

  • enjoy and improve their running

  • run efficiently utilising correct technique

  • learn and improve different running elements - speed, endurance and fitness

  • practice sport-specific running skills, take off speed and agility

  • Build endurance for X-Country, Middle distance running and Sports

Session are 45 minutes in duration and operate during the school term, commencing in Week 2.

Junior Run group - Term 1, 2026

This group is for keen strong runners aged 8-16 years, who want to challenge themselves to improve their running capacity and fitness for distance running and sports. We are aiming to create a professional environment in the squad that encourages respect, effort and improvement. We also want to ensure sessions are engaging and enjoyable.

Times: Wednesdays 5pm-5.45pm

Dates: 4 February - 25 March (8 Weeks)

Location: Dendy Park, Brighton

Term Fee: $140

Casual Session Fee: $20
