6 Week Challenge - Sandy Point Run

The Winter / Spring 6-Week Challenge will help you work towards completing a 5km or 10km run at the Sandy Point Run Brighton on 9th September.

The Challenge commences on 28 July and includes:

  • Assessment and training plan

  • 2 run coaching sessions per week

  • ‘Team Bayside’ Running Cap

  • Event day support
