Summer Trail Series
The Bayside Run Coaching Summer Trail Series is a set of three coach-led runs in January 2019 where we experience trail running in beautiful locations in and around Melbourne. Trail running is different from other running in that surfaces are generally more undulating and hilly. As such, they can involve both running and walking in sections. These runs are about 3-6km in distance and are suitable for adults and keen juniors (with parent permission). Refreshments will be provided at the end of the run.
