what is a 6 week challenge
Beginning your running journey can be a challenge! Getting through the first 4-6 weeks can require a little help - that’s where our 6 Week Challenge comes in.
If you are a running beginner or you are wanting to get back to being a regular confident runner, this is perfect for you! With the motivation of an achievable run goal, accredited coach, structured training program and a supportive small group environment, you can cross the finish line of a 5km or 10km event!
what is included in the challenge
Initial run assessment from our supportive running coach
Personalised training plan
Access to all Bayside Run Coaching group sessions across the bayside area over the 6 week period - these are a mix of technique, strength, pacing and slightly longer runs to help you prepare.
Support leading up to and on the day of the event
Lots of advice, laughs and motivation
Very cool ‘Team Bayside’ running cap

The 6 Week Challenge is $179.
